Don't know if the rules are with the right numbers, but those are all the rules that have been revealed so far.

Update:
Rule #5: You don't waste good.

Rule #16: If someone thinks they have the upper hand, break it.

Rule #35: Always watch the watchers.
Rule #36: If you feel like you are being played, you probably are.

Rule #42 can also be 'Don't ever accept an apology from somebody who just sucker punched you.'

In the episode "Smoked" Gibbs tells Ducky that Rule #6 doesn't apply to friends.
